Join a community of individuals navigating loss and grief of a loved one. This coaching-based workshop is designed to help you understand and process your emotions, build resilience, and create a future-focused path forward.

FAQs

  • The goal of this group is to have an opportunity to process our grief while also building skills that can help us for the long run.

  • Although grief comes in many forms, this specific group is going to be focused on those members who have lost a loved one. We will have other group sessions in the future to address other forms of grief, but if you have lost a loved one and are struggling, this is for you.

  • While we are qualified to do both coaching and therapy services, this group will be conducted by a coach. A coaching perspective is going to give space for processing but will also make sure to focus on actionable items while therapy will allow more space to process and heal, as needed.

  • We strongly encourage you to attend as many sessions are you can! This 8 week program is curated to provide space for grief while also empowering us with tools to face the next chapter.
